      You will then move into a 60-minute full body massage, allowing deep tension to release and the nervous system to settle into stillness. Once grounded, your experience flows into our signature Reset Head Spa — a calming scalp ritual designed to quiet the mind, ease built-up pressure through the crown and neck, and leave you feeling clear, light and rebalanced.
